Unfulfilled promises and favoritism surround you.
Pros
Flexible work hours were pretty nice when needed. Other than that... well, there was free coffee.
Cons
I don't know where to start with this place. Your co-workers are mostly good people, with the exception of "management" that has only been promoted because they are friends with (or married to!) the high-ups... or are attractive females. Get in good with a certain SVP, and you're set, no matter how unqualified you are to do your job. I was promised a "fast-track" to a better, higher position as I had years of experience, yet was never once even interviewed for the numerous positions I applied for. If only the CEO knew what was really going on behind the scenes... or maybe he does and just doesn't care. I would avoid this place like the plague.
