Pros

I can’t tell you one pro. This company is so.. weird.. and shady. Oh I know.. the gym.

Cons

Everything. The pay is atrocious… for the amount of work they are expecting you to do. They promote work life balance but they truly do not care about you. Don’t ever have a family emergency where you have to take care of someone and you need to switch your schedule or wfh temporarily because it won’t happen. You could get into a car accident, and still be expected to come in.. the next day like nothing happened. They say they work with you but they dont… I’ve even heard COACHES… COACHES.. people who are above me who are unsatisfied with the job but are scared to not have an income.. the pay is bad and they micromanage. If a situation arises You can’t even work from home without completing this ridiculous form that WILL be denied regardless. The turnover is insane and because of that the they turn off PTO.. IN WHAT WORLD CAN THEY DENY YOU FROM PTO like that’s so weird.. I don’t recommend. PLEASE DO NOT DO IT PLS save urself. it’s not worth it. Your work won’t be recognized.. so regardless of how many hours or how much you improve..The managers don’t even speak to the employees.. like if that doesn’t raise a red flag then IDK.. the managers do a pissy job but want you to be patient with them because their new but won’t even be patient with new employees… WEIRD 3/10.

Pros

Very welcoming from day one, the pay is good for a first job out of college. If you need benefits and aren't looking for advancement it's not a bad job. If you try to get your job done and meet expectations you can get all of the independence you earn. You really do meet nice people in the service delivery roles. You can do the job for years and never take it home with you. The "fruit and coffee" people talk about are a sad perk to be that excited about.

Cons

I stayed for longer than I should because I didn't realize how much better it could be somewhere else. Training can be inconsistent so people start work unprepared. There is no direction on skills growth so it is hard to move forward unless you get the attention of someone in another department somehow. Even when a pretty face is put on morale, it's kind of sad there. A word of advice, always work toward leaving this company. The people who are genuinely happy with their long-term careers here are less than 1% of 1% of employees.

Pros

Workplace Options has an AWESOME Wellness program. They also offer a Proficiency Program encourage an associate to participate in extra activities to further develop their skills.

Cons

Low pay scale and benefits are moderate. They do not keep computers current but let customers expect the most updated technology. Company does not offer much in training opportunities/career development.
