1. You get to learn some new technologies like Cassandra and get to work in challenging Projects like AI , Machine Learning 2. Easy Relocation Options between Japan Singapore and Shanghai 3. Stability of Job

Cons

1. It works according to Japanese Work Culture which means longer working hours. 2. Hardly any Work-life balance 3. Older and Experienced colleagues are reluctant to change easily

great colleague, free snack, nice office. some team have opportunity to apply new technology. If work for a long time, can try many different kinds of work.

Cons

not ideal place for technology. Japanese business style have much dull documentary work. Strange company culture.career path is not good for engineers.
