Pros

1. many talented people, some leaders are perfect at pursing efficiency. It's surprising to a person who is so good at decision making and driving the team to have higher output. 2. growing fast, some people can get promoted really fast. 3. Each employee is expected to have strong skills and can conduct work by himself. It's easier to focus on someone's own task and achieve more in this culture. 4. It's essential and natural to learn to work independently in this environment.

Cons

1. Only the best get promoted, 2. Lack of technology sharing culture, the company focus on management and creativity, which is harder than accumulating tech knowledge. It might be a bad thing, depending a person's taste. 3. Employees are expected to be adults, collaboration is based on mutual benefits. This working culture brings some tension.
