High salary. Many good colleagues. Applied a lot of new techniques, so one can learn a lot of new things.

Cons

The working hours is a bit long, but may due to high salary. Communication is sometimes an issue in collaboration.

Cons

Many developers are compact in one office, a bit crowded.
