No major cons found yet at this company as they really are doing an amazing job to make this a fulfilling place to work. Like any start up there are growing pains, but these are insignificant in comparison to the pros.

The entire team is extremely humble and hard working! I have never worked with such an amazing team!

Cons

Since this is a startup, the offices are not complete. It would be great to hire someone to get this sorted and to create a better visitor experience. (wait... that what I got hired for)
