Workstream has the recipe for a successfully company. The leadership is in it for the long haul, they believe in the people they hire and want them to grow. The product is loved by users and they refer it to others all the time. The team truly holds to the company core values and it makes all the difference.

Cons

I don't have any, but if the idea of change, growth, and a startup environment is unsettling to you then I could see how it might not be the best place.

Such an incredible team! I've never had such amazing leadership who is humble and willing to get in the trenches and help everyone. Desmond is so fun to work with and loves working deals with everyone. It's rare to find a leader that will set meetings via cold call for reps. Workstream is growing extremely fast and will provide many career advancement opportunities. Look at the leaders already who have been able to advance their careers within. From ADRs to AEs to team leaders. Excited about where we are going! Also, I love working with a company with hubs in the bay area, Singapore and the Philippines. It's allowed us to build a sales team that is diverse and very different compared to many sales teams in Utah. I love that!
