Cons
We're still figuring out our playbooks. While the targets themselves are crystl clear, we don't always know the very best tactics to take to achieve those targets. Fortunately, management is very open about this. They have repeatedly stated that as a startup, they enlist our help in figuring those types of things out. If you just want a place you can land and follow a playbook that's spoon fed to you, this may not be the best fit. This is where you will be asked to contribute new ideas and speak up.
