Pros
Lots of very talented people here, across all departments. Great product that everyone in the company is proud of as we all play a part in advancing it. Culture is very important to the founders and SLT, so it's nice to work for a company that truly values the importance of a good culture. Hopefully, we can find a way to keep this great culture as we grow! Flexible remote working is also a big benefit - you can work from literally anywhere! Birthday day off is also well received, with lots of fun events and off-sites for employees.
Cons
Unlimited holidays - although a big plus, many people do not take enough days off, particularly in certain departments, as there is no minimum number we are encouraged to take. A well-being benefit would also be nice such as a monthly gym allowance, which is quite standard across the industry and would be very appreciated!
