- Talent everywhere, pushes you to bring your best - Everyone is helpful, no matter how busy they are they never seem it - Leadership is great from top to bottom, they trust their people - No processes for the sake of it, things can move very quickly. The company is getting bigger but it feels small and agile - Work from wherever you want, many people are relocating or taking extended trips and working from there

Workvivo truly thrives because of the people-first culture. From CEO down to the individual employees, everyone is a do-er and culture builder. I love that nobody takes themselves too seriously, meaning we have fun! The culture is open-minded and truly lives on the 'work to life' premise with unlimited holidays that are actually encouraged to be taken. Management truly takes care of their people. If you're looking for a sales job, I can guarantee you, you will not find a better person to work for than DJ, the VP of Sales.

Cons

The culture is very irish and sometimes a little hard for anyone outside of it to crack. Pretty short on benefits right now given the size of the company
