Pros
- Leadership practices what they preach; to be a leader in the employee engagement and culture market it begins from within, and I certainly feel the example is set internally. - We have the freedom to do what is best for our customers and the business - Feedback loops are always open and two-way; I always feel I can reach my leaders with positive or negative feedback - My peers are absolute rockstars, and we support each other like I've never seen with any other company I've ever worked for; we are a small but absolutely mighty group - Workvivo events are like no other - it's been a dream to attend and participate in every event we host (internally or external)
Cons
Some areas of our product still has room for improvement and levelling up, but our teams always listen to feedback and are actually thoughtful with every suggestion, and I have no doubt we will take the next necessary strides.
