Pros

Good product development team providing strong with demand from niche market.

Cons

Inexperienced and arrogant management that has relied on blue bird demand gen from Meta. They are not aligned with Zoom at all and missing an opportunity with their customer and partner base. Hypocritical that Workvivo provides a solution based on Bottom Up communication but their arrogant management is top down and often wrong with direction.

- An immensely strong company culture - A work ethic based on freedom, where you're trusted as the domain expert of your field to get the job done

Cons

- Hypergrowth in revenue (and people) understandably brings its own set of challenges where it's harder and slower to get stuff done the bigger we get

Leadership is open about the company's direction and is making active strides towards building the next generation of business leaders. The teams all work closely together, and because of the heavy focus on culture, you work with some of the best people out there. The product is generally loved by customers, and it's a pleasure helping people who love their platforms.

Cons

As we are experiencing a period of high growth, workloads have been expanding. This can result in intense periods of crunch. However, as most employees are stakeholders, this is bearable.
