Brilliant leadership - no one has a bad word to say about founders John & Joe. It truly trickles down throughout the org. Positive energy is really valued. So much learning as the company grows and also embraces its next chapter as part of Zoom. Hugely talented people who set the bar very high. People treated as people — a lot of flexibility generally and lots of empathy shown to anyone who has extenuating circumstances (supportive culture). Independence

High standards are expected and as a startup you want to always deliver and grow so that can feel a bit pressurized at times. Sometimes growing pains in terms of gaps in process or people taking on too much but all very normal stuff.
