Pros

Workvivo is modern, remote-first company. Not too many meetings, or endless emails. The focus is on letting developers (and all areas) get on with developing features and building a product customers love and that we're proud of.

Cons

Onboarding was not as seamless as it could have been. But every company suffers with this to some degree.
