Pros
I've worked for big name retail outlets for years and once I found this place it's been the best decision I've made in my life. Working here is a breath of fresh air compared to the big box stores I felt I was stuck in. The perks are top notch (basketball court, awesome golf charity events, company parties, free lunch, and the fact that every employee knows the CEO and he is always attentive and asking what more can he do for "us" the employees....I didn't even know CEO's did stuff like this! So thanks to the Bosses and all the Managers!

None, I love it here. Working here like I said is a breath of fresh air, and I honestly come into work everyday loving my job and actually look forward to coming into work. Never in my retail career or at any big box store I was in, did I actually look forward to work (who does unless you're a rock star or something, but even then traveling must get old)...
