Narcissistic CEO, boys club management team

Pros

Great offices, company really spends on perks that the CEO can show off even though he cares not at all about employees (except the masses of employees that he's hired that are his friends who are in the wrong roles)

Cons

The pay is lousy, the CEO is probably the most narcissistic but passive aggressive person I've ever had to work with, the company is a boys club, the CEO is very CEO typical- pays himself well over a million a year salary while treating people very poorly and not giving an adequate salary

Workwell Technologies Response

This site is intended to provide honest feedback regarding our company and the employee experience. This "review" is completely unfounded, but we will respond line by line to ensure transparency. At Processing Point we do strive to provide innovative and exciting perks. The CEO is very involved in this process and takes pride in providing benefits that help make life and the workday more enjoyable for all employees. Processing Point doesn’t consider providing innovative benefits “showing off”; every perk and benefit we offer fulfills a unique need that most employees are excited to have at their disposal. Like any company Processing Point looks to employee referrals when hiring for new positions however our work force is made up than less than 10% referrals; certainly not an amount that could be described by using the term "masses", especially when you consider that our referrals come from our entire workforce, not one specific person. We take privacy very seriously and believe it’s very unethical to make comments about others compensation. Further, this accusation is completely false. This number is clearly one picked to throw harm at the organization and specifically our CEO. Processing Point has earned some of the highest distinctions for dedication to our staff. Some of these awards include: Best Companies to work for San Diego Healthiest Companies to work for San Diego Top100 – Fastest Growing Companies San Diego Most Admired CEO Ersnt & Young Entrepeuner of the Year Semi-Finalist Helibron Award – Charity Contribution Award Processing Point plans to continue year over year growth while maintaining a profitable and healthy balance sheet and rewarding our employees with aggressive compensation and benefits as well as continuing our charitable contributions.

Pros

Hard work is appreciated and rewarded. Excellent balance of work and family life. Daily lunch, snacks, coffee etc, provided Beautiful facility, with employees accessing amenities even on their days off. Ample opportunity to unwind onsite, including regularly scheduled massage sessions and yoga classes. Processing Point is actively involved in a number of charity events (and a number of recreational events as well.) Ample opportunity for advancement based on individual performance. Access to all resources necessary to innovate and also retain talent. Creative ideas from all sources are implemented to production on a regular basis.

Cons

If you are not someone that challenges themselves, or is open to being challenged, you may have a difficult time here. After all in order to succeed in the technology business, you have to be able to change faster than technology does!
