Hear are a list of cons that plague Processing Point Inc.
1. Management is so backwards in the way they treat issues and respect employees. Such as HR being buddy buddy with higher up management leaving the employee to keep the issues they are having to themselves. Public shaming of the employees by the upper management with the slack communication software. Management will chat with employees for long duration of time keeping employees from working and then turn back around a punish employees for not getting work done.
2. Do not expect to move anywhere from the position that you signed up for in the beginning. The issues with Processing Point and their extremely high turnover rate is that they have no way to move people up in the business, so they choose fire good employees that deserve it and replace them with new employees that will work for cheaper. For Example, the longest lasting sales agent is maybe a year and there might be one Customer Support rep that is 3 years? Keep in mind this business has been around for 10+ years.
3. Management believes that even though you might be down employees i.e sickness vacation that the 1 employee in the department is still in charge of all duties even when there is not enough time in the day to get them done. Then the next day have the audacity to shame that employee for not getting the whole departments work done.
4. The company does try to do nice things for their employees such as taking them to Disney Land for the company holiday party. Thats great! Except if they were really in tune with the employees needs they would see that most of the employees are struggling financially maybe due to the small pay given and other reasons personal reasons. So maybe instead of doing extravagant Holiday Parties, just have one at the work place with fun prizes and give everyone a business so they can put gifts under their tree or help pay their car loan.
5. I apologize for writing this review because management at processing point will most likely read it and disregard everything written. Except the fact that their employees are discouraged, frustrated, exhausted, and fearful of their employment. Leading to them not changing their methods for the better, but cracking down harder on their employees.
Don't get me wrong, Not all the management is bad in this company. However the position that they are most likely looking to hire is run by the bad management. Good luck to you if you decide not to head this warning.
