Pros

The perks are outstanding! In addition to the standard benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k)) they offer free lunches, smoothies, snacks, coffee, tons of video games, awesome break areas, skee ball, a gym, basketball court, and monthly massage sessions! Employees work hard and play hard. Management really values the hard work employees do.

Cons

I can't think of any, I've had a great experience.
