Pros

Some cool people work here, but many leave due to the toxic culture.

Cons

Bullying culture. CEO and COO brag about their ability to fire people. Very high turnover rate. Zero experience managing employees at a professional level. Always seem threatened that someone is not doing enough work and spend a lot of time checking in after hours and micromanaging everything. Toxic untrustworthy culture. The CEO will barely talk to you. The COO is a bully.

People don't leave bad jobs, people leave bad managers. There is so much turnover here on the product and engineering teams
