Pros

Management treats folks well and fosters an environment conducive of inspiring good output.

Cons

Boo, laid off permanent folks at the start of the COVID pandemic. No warning. Bogus severance. Could have kept us on.

Pros

-Great benefits offered to employees after 90 days - Different shift times gave employees flexibility - Great employee perks ( Free “lunch”, coffee, Kiefer drinks, snacks)

Cons

- Management was very poor - When we entered into the COVID-19 pandemic and business slowed down management did not give employees a proper notice nor advert them of changes with staff. Instead they began laying people off without an previous knowledge to employees of such changes - Management did nothing to offer a “temporary layoff” instead just dropped employees without hesitation - No job security here whatsoever -Sadly this was a great company but they showed their true colors when times got tough and loyal employees did not matter at this point.
