A company that cares about employees and others
Pros
I've seen this company go from a start-up to a market leader in a handful of years. A big part of the culture is the charity work that is done through the company. Every year there are two big golf tournaments that are hosted by the charity arm of the company and it's amazing how much is collected to help service member families. Our products are very solid and always improving. The work/life balance is one of the best I've had in my professional life. Look forward to getting through the virus and getting things 100% back on track. Today, out of the blue they let us know that for those of us working from home, they are covering our Internet expenses. Totally un-needed, but very appreciated.
Cons
During the virus outbreak, we had to do our first ever (and hopefully last) round of layoffs. It's never easy, and this came out of nowhere for us all. I'm hoping that some of those who were let go will be able to return eventually, but life has to get back to normal first.
