Pros

My co workers were amazing

Cons

I worked here for over 3 years. It started out great, work was manageable and I enjoyed my team. My coworkers were the only good thing about this job. People would leave and they would just tell us we need to do their work now, piling on more work with 0 recognition or monetary compensation. Then on top of covering all this extra work corporate throws book rolls on the most overworked employees and just keep piling it on. Pair that with toxic management who play favorites and expect us to be super humans and I couldn’t take it anymore. So happy to be out of there and at a company that values me and respects work life balance. I was miserable and constantly stressed about work when I worked for world. I would not recommend it to my worst enemy.

Pros

Steady income, I do have a job.

Cons

I can say that the high hopes I had when I went into this job have completely fizzled. The workload is tremendous due to the high number of agency acquisitions compared to the number of employees the company has in place. There’s no way that you can provide adequate service to your clients because it is a constant rotation of chasing your tail. Understandably the clients are upset because they are waiting for information and what usually ends up happening is if they cannot get through to you they will start ringing through to other extensions and complain to anyone who will listen, understandably, and then you will get an immediate call from your supervisor yelling at you. However, I have yet to have anyone offer any help or assistance to catch up or rectify the issue for the client. I am sure I could speak for all of my immediate team members when I say we are overworked we are stressed and we most definitely have no work-life balance. As for the direct supervisor I have no problem with this person personally however I do feel as though they are not adequate to be a manager and it may be because they are also overwhelmed but it is not a set up where I feel as though I could go to my management and ask for help and to be honest I don’t even like to go to them when I have an issue of any sort because rather than getting answers to my questions or any resolve, the conversation will take a turn in a different direction and it will end up on a different subject and when I hang up the phone I’m more confused than I was when I called. I feel as though the company is too big for itself and I would be willing to say that the people at the top don’t realize how crazy operations are towards the bottom because things are just moving so fast with this company. I feel as though the reason everyone is so frustrated irritated agitated and overwhelmed is because it is a case of crap rolling downhill. There’s no asking for assistance is everyone is inundated with work. There's also no feeling of job security at all. I wake up stressed every morning about having to start the day and I am completely frazzled by the end of my workday every day which rolls into the little bit of time I have left with my family. To say that the company needs to step back and take a look at operations would be a complete understatement. I am not trying to bash the company quite frankly I wish things were different however they aren’t and to offer a true review this is my experience and how I feel.
