Pros

Bleh not organized and kind of rude overall. Need more diversity and better leadership. Big promises weak rewards.

Cons

Unorganized, chaotic, false promises and sell a big dream with no proof in the pudding.

Pros

The resources to do my job are amazing. I’m used to a bad experience with having a Help Desk, but they are very helpful and quick to respond. In a corporate setting, it seems impossible to reach someone of importance. If I need to, I know I can reach head of HR, or any specific department.

Cons

Certain procedures are done through World, but they leave others to the companies purchased by World. I understand practices will be different between each company, but procedures need to be level across all fields. I’ve been in my position for over a year, and I’m the most tenured in my office. We were offered a pay raise based on our performance. We didn’t get the opportunity to go over our review with management. They had us fill out a form of how we think we’ve been performing. Then a few weeks later we all got a raise of $.43 an hour. Good to know our hard work was worth less than $.50 an hour.
