Pros

The insured are nice and mostly respectful.

Cons

They over load you with work and when you ask for help they give excuses. They are all about the premium and not about the customer or the employee. They only care about the management and not about those under. They have a horrible way of communication with the employees and will work you till you are to stressed to care. If you do not abide by them and give them two weeks, don't they won't grant that to you even if you take vacation time that is owed to you.

Pros

Technology is ok. Good IT support.

Cons

Terrible/Low Pay Structure - have to wait until the end of each year to see if you'll get any increase in salary, instead of simply paying the agents a commission "per policy written," like every other Agency does. Insurance Agents get into the Insurance Industry to be paid a commission, "per policy sold," not to receive a "resettable salary." Might be good for newbies to the industry, but definitely not for experienced agents. Terribly expensive health insurance.
