Coworkers are nice and supportive Health insurance is decent 401k match of 4 percent with ROTH option available

Cons

I have a disability (ASD), and get anxiety. Despite hitting a 3/5 on my review, my supervisor made some bogus claim of underperformance and put me on a PIP, while I was going through bereavement. I am on disability, mourning the loss of a loved one, with moments of being bullied playing on repeat. Stay away!

They are purchasing so many agencies across the country at once, they can’t control the growth. Current employees quit, new ones aren’t vetted so they get fired pretty quickly. Managers are low grade and not up to par
