Pros

Good Pay and time off

Cons

Acquisitions left to drown in a sea of calls and complaints without any sign of relief while corporate only seems to continue to acquire without regard to maintaining/supporting the small locations.

Pros

I honestly can’t think of any pros about working here because they don’t even give you time off for legitimate worldwide celebrated holidays. That alone speaks volumes. In this location I feel it in my bones they’re absolutely racist. Not trustworthy people

Cons

Management, workload for one person and anything else that comes to mind

Pros

They work on Epic and new hardware is provided to every employee

Cons

Information doesn’t flow both ways. Decisions are made from 30,000 feet without input from boots in the ground regardless of the impact on the employees or the clients. They don’t listen to seasoned professionals who have done this for. Long time. They’re capacity models are very high and Expect everyone to do more work for the same money. Poor raises even for employees over performing. The health insurance is a financial hardship for many They do not care about the client or the employee. Only M&A very different than how anyone on the agency side is used to operating where the client is the be all and all because they pay our salaries through commissions.
