      -Growing/stable company with a long term vision -Dynamic environment with the opportunity to try new things as the company grows into new technologies and processes -Learning environment -Everyone has an opportunity to have an impact on the business -Awesome people that you enjoy working and socializing with -Company dinners and happy hours -Company genuinely wants to do right by their partners and customers -Company prefers to promote from within
