      Pros

      Positive, Christian work environment of professionals working as part of a World wide partnership focused on addressing the root causes of poverty and improving the lives of the poor across the globe.

      Cons

      Given the ramifications to the poor when we aren't doing well, it can be a stressful work environment.

      Pros

      Great work environment for clearly inspiring cause in a faith based atmosphere. People are valued and shared spirit is strong.

      Cons

      Lower pay than for-profit sector but if you want to work in the non profit sector it's hard to beat the salary and benefits and learning opportunities.

      Pros

      Great people, great organisation. While not a perfect organization, my overall experience at WVI was very positive. Supportive managers, great benefits, opportunity for faith to integrate with career.

      Career advancement can be challenging
