      The training was very good The salary was impressive for the job at hand The staff are very passionate about what they do

      Cons

      The job was a bit of a chug Training although good, was dotted around MK to London, quite expensive The London weighting didn't cover my wouldn't cover my London Travel

      Working at world vision

      Pros

      World vision is an international NGO with amazing people. The work is fun as a communicator I had to write stories about Syrian refugee households, continuously update the proposals for donors and communications strategy, also took care of all visibility items for donor compliance.

      Cons

      World vision is a little bit disorganized, however the pros definitely outweigh the cons here!
