      Pros

      There is the Christian element in its management and goals in the long term and base its beliefs in Christianity. Always have its belief in directing their goals and purpose

      Cons

      Too many silos in between departments and there is insufficient communication and collaboration among different entities within the organization as each is trying to look after its own existence and purpose first

      Great mission, great people, you can really see your impact. I felt good about saying where I worked and what I contributed to.

      Cons

      Lots of trouble with HR (P&C) Getting paid right took several months and the process was unclear. Eventually it worked out fine, but it was hard not knowing when the checks were going to be right. Benefits promised were not always followed thourh
