      Pros

      Got a great depth of knowledge on the conditions of the poor and also a great amount of experience in understanding how to ameliorate their living conditions.

      Monolithic driven by systems and an organisation of excuse givers

      1. Christian, Nonprofit, Humanitarian, Large NGO/International, 2. Daily Devotion Times + Weekly Chapel Gatherings, 3. Competitive Pay + Great Benefits, 4. Diverse Learning Opportunities + Resources (if taken advantage of)

      Cons

      1. Many employees only nominally "Christians" at best (obviously too difficult to really measure by legal standards) 2. Leadership needs more training and accountability methods to remain consistent with company/departmental policies, procedures, etc...

      Pros

      Great flexibility, Mostly great coworkers, awesome volunteers, exceptional life-changing experience Wonderful reward in helping change lives and community

      Cons

      Poor salary unless you have an existing mainstream of income like a well to do husband, business owner or retired with great pension so forth. Can be very mentally and spiritually draining handling otjers problems and spirits.
