Poor management. Leaders hear but don't listen. There is a lot of nepotism a lot of wrong people for the job. There is no room for growth. They say they want people to take the initiative and when they do they get thier hand slapped. Your told by management that they want to hear your concerns but in reality they don't really want to know there is problems and nothing gets done. There is a lot of resentment and animosity. It seems as if managment puts employees against eachother. Focus on the subject not the delivery.
