passive aggressive, not a lot of room to move up if you are young, not a lot of training opportunities due to limited budget

Strong sense working towards the same goal. The ability to make real changes in the life of those who need it most

as expected, annual pay reviews do not really occur, however there wasn't a strong focus on employee development to offset the lower salary
