      > Amazing peer group working in every sector around the world. Collaborative, friendly atmosphere. > Family-friendly policies and empathetic managers support work-life balance. Job expectations are high, though, so employees need to be proactive in prioritizing family. > Professional organization that is also mission- and value-driven.

      Cons

      > Like any organization with scale and history, World Vision's size and structure can interfere with its ability to respond nimbly and take risks. It needs to continue to hire high-quality, principled staff members to push boundaries. > Working in a mission-driven organization ("life in all its fullness for every child..."), it's often hard to measure exactly what kind of value you are delivering to children and to the organization. Our bottom line is different than a profit-driven organization that can simply measure revenue.
