After being in the business for over 25 years, I didn't think an IT Integrator could actually be/deliver what my customers really need/want. I was wrong!! So reinvigorating to be at a company that invests so heavily in their people and their customers! WWT's success is not rocket science, it's great leadership, vision, execution and commitment to the entire WWT family.

Cons

With tremendous growth comes the challenge of maintaining the amazing culture as we all know. My only opportunity for leadership is to accelerate (while being fiscally responsible) the investment in technical field resources and the ATC (CSE & PS).

Pros

The culture is fantastic. Open door concept so anyone can talk to anybody. There is also a lot of empowerment.

Cons

I understand the management is doing studies on salaries so I hope this brings changes for the employees. The basic salaries are not up market rate.
