Pros

WWT enlists 100's of good, hardworking people and 100's of excellent technical resources. Their capabilities for lab testing, staging, integration, and logistics are by far the best I've seen across the VAR industry.

Cons

If you are not based in St Louis, you are out of sight and out of mind. Remote employees must work diligently to stay in good graces and visible to the decision makers at HQ>

Pros

I have been with the company for only a a few months but I can say that the on-boarding process is very good. Employees receive a 30-60-90 Day plan the fist day and management is doing everything they can to make sure I am well engrained into the culture and clearly understand what is expected of me as well as my peers who will support my efforts and as an AM.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind at this point that sticks out as a waste of time or not needed. I like the pace and openness of the team to help bring me up to speed.

Pros

GREAT culture to work in. WWT does a great job folding people into the culture and making a big company feel like a small company. The organization is fairly flat and the Higher level Executives are fairly available.

Cons

As with most Technology Sales organization there's not a lot of females in Sales Management and there doesn't seem to be an initiative to promote females into these positions.
