Pros

Benefits 401k Opportunity to develop Telecommute policy Flexibility in hours

Cons

A lot of leadership talks a lot about the culture, without actually embodying it. C-Suite has a great vision, but the further down the chain, and the further away from HQ, you get the more you see the cracks forming. Nepotism and Favoritism - A lot of folks are promoted/hired based on current performance rather than suitability for the role. A good Order Manager or Warehouse Associate isn't automatically a good supervisor or manager. Slow to remove bad apples - There's a lot of talk about coaching and "finding the right seat on the bus", but when it really comes down to coaching "out" or removing people from a bad fit position, it's a slow and painful process that actually causes harm. Compensation - Salary is way below average, and uneven. The person sat next to you doing the exact same job could be earning 10-20k more just because they asked for it in their interview process and you didn't.

Thanks for your candid feedback. We take coaching very seriously and we try our best to be rigorous (not ruthless) when removing an employee from a "bad fit position". We want to make sure we're being as fair as we can be to the individual without causing a strain on the rest of the team. Thank you again and I'm available to discuss this with you further if you'd like.

Pros

WWT is the epitome of how companies should be ran. They treat people right by truly living the core values that have been a cornerstone of the company's success. I do believe it is the foundation of the company, and what is even more impressive, is that senior leadership has shown they are always looking for avenues to keep those core values at the fore front and have meaningful value.

Cons

There is so much to learn with such a fast growing company, that it can almost feel overwhelming. Efforts are being made to solidify that knowledge and standardization, but a lot of work needs to be done if we want to maximize our growth opportunities.

Pros

-> They really deserve Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For Awards and the company is moving in right direction with Asynchrony Labs & ATC/ITC Labs and setting up to offer more services. -> The new reorg structure similar to Oracle's Product teams & agile approach changes are good for IT and I believe that the teams (both Business & IT groups) started to reap the fruits of the thoughts & work put into that. -> Very Great people to work with in Business & IT groups & everyone is motivated to contribute and assist Business Operations. -> Innovation Days are the best and started loving this place more after that.

Cons

From IT perspective: There had been lot of improvement with regards to smaller enhancements worked from the backlog. Still some efforts have to be put in when it comes to the projects & assigning people.
