Pros

WWT is a very innovative customer service oriented company; also very in tune to what makes employees happy. Many benefits and great training programs.

Cons

Pay is probably Not the highest in the industry but there are many upsides that make up for that - no layoffs, employee profit sharing, very low insurance costs, flexibility, no micro management.

Pros

Most workers are friendly, lots of catered lunches and events, 401k and health plan is good, profit sharing bonus, paid holidays and vacation starting the day your hired.

Cons

They tend to promote friends and family an that leaves little room for advancement which is bad for moral, forklift operators are classified as warehouse associates which means lower pay, low raises, and company core values are lacking in management.

Thanks. We do have a robust employee referral program. Our referrals come from friends, former coworkers, family, partners, etc. While this may helps someone get introduced to WWT, it certainly has no bearing on continued employment or even promotion. Good feedback nonetheless. As Jim mentioned earlier this month, we're partnering with a consulting firm on the review of our compensation practices for all jobs at WWT. The goal is more consistency and clarity. Thanks again and good luck.

Pros

- Company has that, we will do whatever the customer needs to get the business attitude - Growing company - Upper management works hard to communicate their vision and direction of what the company is about, and what direction they want to take the company, this includes expectations from what they want from employees - Good people, morale is pretty high across the board. - Great versatility on different types of products, technology, and solutions, that gets to be worked on.

Cons

Need more focus around career development of people. There is no clear path to move up, and management rarely promotes from within, though this does not seem universal, since other groups around us do promote from within. This lack of career paths is constant source of frustration for some people in the organization. Management manages the customer programs, but do very little to manage and or develop their employees.

Thank you. I do believe we promote from within perhaps more than what you see but very good feedback which I will share. Providing a clear career path can be difficult as we want individuals to pursue their passions rather than the potential of excessive structure. Part of our mission is to be a Growth company which we hope will continue to provide more diverse and plentiful opportunities for employees. I do get your point and I encourage you to talk to your manager or department VP or anyone on the HR team to discuss your career options. Finally, we’re in the middle of a pilot for an employee mentoring program called NOVA. Depending on the level of success of the pilot, it will likely be expanded. More to come. Thank you again and good luck.
