Cons

Working at WWT UK is akin to being in a playground supervised by children given access to dangerous toys. The management, predominantly young and lacking in experience, runs the company with reckless abandon, making decisions without consideration for the consequences. The pervasive insecurity among these inexperienced leaders leads to a culture of fear and chaos, where talent is undervalued and catastrophes are the norm. Local management lacks maturity and vision, while the US management seems oblivious to the havoc caused by their policies. Unless significant improvements are made, WWT UK remains a cautionary tale of what happens when immaturity reigns unchecked in the workplace.

I can't speak highly enough of WWT. The work environment is wonderful, I have opportunity for advancement and have been encouraged even where my desire to advance does not fit the standard mold of moving into a personnel managerial position. Outside of work I have been left slack jawed by the encouragement and support I have received to live my best life as a remote employee. It has really been wonderful to feel backed by the company I work for and encouraged to explore my dreams. To express my gratitude if there is a power outage I go to a local coffee shop to continue working, I begin working early everyday, and a host of other items, I do want WWT to know they are appreciated.

The only con could be that perhaps you don't work for WWT
