      Losing Core Values

      Pros

      401(k) company match, PTO is excellent, insurance is top notch

      Cons

      Some leadership are losing sight of what made WWT great, and needs to get back to basics to make it truly a Great Place to Work. Harassment, bullying, and LGBTQIA+ discrimination is rampant, and not much, if anything is done about it. Most things are ignored.
