      Pros

      Great place to work ….. Just ask them. The also use an open door site to let everyone share there concerns, but now you can only post once a month now and they openly admit to filtering out information they don't want shared or just refer you to your leadership chain.

      Cons

      The say they have a great culture, and that might hold true for the office workers, but if you work in any of the warehouse of production buildings its obvious they do not care. They also stopped reporting Covid cases openly to stop people from not coming into work.

You are correct that not all content is appropriate for the platform and the community guidelines are very clear on this. Alternatively, employees are always encouraged to provide feedback via email, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Yammer, surveys, HR, etc. Regarding our COVID-19 response, we disagree with your assessment. The safety of all employees has always been the top priority and remains as such. Any updates to our protocols are aligned with CDC guidelines. Please check your email daily for updates on positive cases that have resulted in impacting operations. Additionally, weekly summaries of all positive cases are sent to all employees by our Global Supply Chain Executive. Thank you for your feedback and we wish you the best.

      Not a great place to work after all!

      The people you work with side by side are great!

      Cons

      The leadership here is picked like high school gym class. They do not go by experience at all! They pre judge everyone here. In the last month, I have known 8 people who have left this place saying it was the worst job they have ever have. WWT only remain in top 100 places to work because of the office comments. They hide the warehouse ones. They created open door so people complain on there & it's hidden. People only advance if they are in cliques or liked.

      the job is kind of fun and almost everybody is friendly

      Cons

      Zero compassion for disabilities, mental health, families, poor pay for the skilled work that is done
