Vaccine Mandates

Pros

WWT is/was a Great Company to work for, until our last corporate update.

Cons

Vaccine mandates for those if us who believe in freedom of choice will be a job killer for many of us. Just don't understand how this big company refuses to believe that this mandate goes against our constitutional rights and beliefs!

Thank you and we understand there are many personal concerns about the vaccine. The presidential executive order has mandated the vaccine for all employees who are employed by a company that does work with the federal government. WWT is an organization that does work with the federal government and therefore all our employees fall under this mandated executive order. More detailed information will be distributed on the process for validating your status and/or applying for a medical or religious exemption. Thank you.

Pros

Great overall culture Good people Good benefits

Cons

Supply chain is abysmal. All the companies issues revolve around this area. They have continual challenges in leadership, they continue to put people in place that are questionably qualified or cannot fill at all. The pay is lower and lower which is driving away any talent. Morale is at an all time low, they're essentially begging people to stay, offering pay increases, which isn't even enough to hold people in place. The company is also going to struggle moving forward, they were good while booming and now its leveling off a lot. The ATC is a great concept, but cloud/virtualization are going to cut the supply chain away in the next few years and I do not believe this company is positioned well to sustain at this level.
