      Forcing Vaccination for remote employees

      Always flexibility and working from home

      WWT is forcing all employees to get the COVID vaccine or they lose their jobs. For a company that has stressed the importance of its people and that the people come first, it definitely sounds like that is not the case. Forcing remote workers who never step foot into an office to be vaccinated makes absolutely zero sense. Is WWT prepared for the legal actions if the vaccine is forced upon employees and there are bad side effects? Miscarriages? Infertility? Strokes in young men? This is WWT's time to put their money where their mouth is and stand behind their people. But obviously the bottom line is more important. Why not allow covid testing? Why make remote workers be vaccinated?

      We realize that the vaccine is a personal issue for many but WWT's actions must abide by the terms of the Presidential Executive Orders that have been required. As a result, the vaccine requirement applies to frontline and remote employees. More detailed information will be distributed on the process for validating your status and/or applying for a medical or religious exemption. Thank you.

      Does not promote based on Quality or Experience

      There are a few decent and experienced employees

      Cons

      Friends promote friends( only people that brown nose or are social friends with leadership get promotions or support) and others are left unsupported
