Benefits are great (note on 401k in cons) Had a lot of flexibility to do what I felt needed to be done

No accountability in the company - everything falls on the account teams to manage, babysit, chase, figure out, etc. Professional services experiences were miserable. Just sell product and avoid any services opportunities. Extremely divisive culture locally for a company that preaches about their culture 401k match is only paid out yearly exacerbating exodus at the beginning of the calendar year Technology Center and Integration Center are impressive, but good luck using them unless you have a massive, top level logo as a customer Take the “World Wide” in the name with a grain of salt Have seen a large number of great, hard working, successful individual contributors pushed out of the company in the last 12 months

Thanks for your feedback. Our current match of 100% up to the first 6% contributed to the plan is a very significant investment we make on behalf of our great employees. It puts us in a very competitive position in terms of employer matching. We have evaluated the impact to change this to a per pay period match. While employees would benefit from more frequent matching, it would also result in a significant increase in matching expenses. We wish to continue providing such a valuable match to our employees, and matching annually allows us to do that.

- Org structure somewhat flat - Many tech and products to play with - Big name customers

Cons

- Favoritism. It's not what you do, it's who you know - Many horrible managers that lack industry knowledge, people skills, and business acumen - Chaotic and constant changing of strategy and KPIs (midyear or even quarterly) - No clear career "ladder" or pay structure

I have worked at WWT for over a year and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. From the leadership team that I work with to my counterparts that I work daily with the whole experience has been amazing. To say the benefit package that WWT offers is great is an understatement. The healthcare coverage that they provide is not only incredibly affordable for a single person but also for a family of 6. My manager not only cares about the quality of work that I provide on a daily basis but also how I am doing as a person. My manager is always willing to assist and help out wherever needed. I recently had a medical procedure done and took a leave of absence from work. Throughout my absence my manager reached out to make sure I was feeling okay and the team sent a get well soon card along with flowers. The moment I returned to work I had several team members reach out to make sure that I was doing okay. The love and support I felt from them was overwhelming and meant a lot to me. I have heard from several friends and former coworkers also how the pandemic has negatively impacted their organization however the approach that WWT has taken not only shows why they are a world class organization that sincerely cares about their employees but also their flexibility to allow families to work with their schedules when having to juggle children learning from home as well as providing the ability for their employees to work from home. WWT is more than a company, its a family that truly cares about their employees.
