Pros

The culture at WWT is something I have never experienced in this industry, WWT is like a family, when you walk through the doors it is energizing. With a foundation of trust, honesty, and diversity, it is a company you want to work hard for. The healthcare benefits are exceptional. Corporate headquarters is beautiful. The executives are approachable and friendly. WWT believes in giving back. I have worked in Technology for close to 30 years and have learned more in eight months at WWT about teamwork, and about myself than I have in my entire career. Thank you, Jim, Joe, Mike, and team.

Cons

We are growing so rapidly, the pace is pretty quick, but that is also a Pro.

Pros

There are no pros.

Cons

There are many cons I’m not wasting my time explaining. Although I will say that if Glassdoor had a 0 star option, I’d definitely pick that.

Decent Place to Work

Pros

Good insurance, free tickets to raceway, work parties, etc. I used to love coming to work.

Cons

Terrible communication and unfairness. We have been working overtime for months trying to help out with THEIR move. People who worked just one single Monday on Labor Day were given a $750 bonus, while the rest of us who lost our whole summer don't get that. ALSO, they're trying to keep it secretive, but how long would that last in a giant warehouse...? I think we all deserve that bonus.. Crazy.
