Pros

Good WLB. Great at first,

Cons

Vindictive Management. Change comp plans without notice. Add additional headcount but NOT hire anyone adversely effecting commissions. $25 health insurance, but NO Kaiser option. Also, definitely pays below many other companies

Pros

-Strong Career Growth Opportunities – WWT recognizes talent and provides clear pathways for advancement. I’ve been able to grow through multiple roles, gaining valuable experience in logistics, data analytics, and process optimization. -Supportive & Collaborative Work Environment – Leadership encourages teamwork and cross-functional collaboration, making it easy to work with different departments to improve processes and solve challenges. -Innovative & Forward-Thinking Company – WWT is always looking for ways to enhance efficiency and optimize operations, whether through technology, automation, or process improvements. Being involved in the early implementation of OTM has been a great learning experience. -Strong Focus on Employee Development – The company invests in employee success through training, mentorship, and leadership opportunities. If you take initiative, there’s room to expand your skills and grow professionally. -Work-Life Balance & Flexibility – Leadership understands the importance of flexibility, especially in a data-driven logistics role. Remote work options and a positive work culture make it a great place to build a long-term career.

Cons

-Growing Pains with New Systems – As WWT continues to innovate and implement new logistics technology like OTM, there are occasional challenges with system optimization and process standardization. However, leadership is open to feedback and improvements are constantly being made. -Fast-Paced Environment – The logistics side of the business moves quickly, which means there’s always something new to learn or adapt to. While this can be exciting, it may require strong time management skills to keep up.
