      A company unlike many others

      Pros

      Very engaging from the top down! The company is growing quickly, but working very hard to keep core values and their mission statement as a top priority. The effort put into keeping employees involved in the state of the business is unlike anything i have seen before. Love the dedication to their employees.

      Cons

      With the rate the company is growing and the new vs old blood, it seems that sometimes, those who express interest in being developed for next steps do not get that development unless they try to do so themselves, or are willing to wait until their manager has time.

      Thank you. I can understand this perception. We tend to be rather entrepreneurial when it comes to how an individual advances in their career. Ultimately, so much depends on what the employee is passionate about doing for next steps. I encourage you to consider discussing this with a member of the HR team or your manager.
