      Pros

      Agile. Fast paced. Lots of learning opportunities. Very collaborative. We work with some very smart and innovative people. There are opportunities for growth and development and movement between jobs is relatively easy.

      Cons

      Workspace is too open. Zero privacy and very distracting. Collaboration is a great concept but putting collaboration tables mixed in with seating is very disruptive to people working in close proximity to the collaboration tables. Too many mangers, project managers.... becoming very management heavy (which makes WWT more like a large corporation than a small company).

      Thanks for the specific feedback. Providing a collaborative environment balanced with appropriate privacy has been a goal. Sounds like we need to work on this more.

      Great Place to work - Lives up to the title

      Pros

      Continual growth. Have not had to worry about job cut's over the 3 years I have been there. All level of management values their employees and works to coach them to success. Amazing resources, any question I have there is a huge repository of information easily accessible and the social tool, allows me to ask random questions at any time and I usually have a response within an hour. Being a remote employee that is extremely valuable.

      Cons

      Compensation is fair, only critique is that there is a large disparity between operations and sales, when it feels as though Operations are extremely important drivers for some customers.
