      Pros

      Great benefits, great people, and the leadership cares. This company has amazing growth opportunities and potential. I was told in my first interview "This company will provide you a staircase, it is up to you to choose how many steps you take at a time". Over 5 years in now and it is still a true statement. Your growth and potential in this company is almost entirely up to you.

      Cons

      Along with killer opportunity comes a lot of work to secure it. This is a fun place to work, but it is not easy. I personally don't believe that is a con, but something for some personalities to be aware of.

      Pros

      WWT is a great company that promotes the value of a work/life balance. They encourage personal and professional growth while providing a positive company culture for employees to work. It really is a great place to work!

      Cons

      In some ways the company struggles with its rapid growth. Occasionally there are long hours and the work is hard, but the company is good at recognizing this and rewarding its employees!

      Pros

      Very strong Project management office, very good starting benefits, and company really goes a long way to prove that it values their employees.

      Cons

      onboarding process was intricate, with several departments needing paperwork back, but considering the size and speed of the company, it's understandable.

      Thanks for your post and thanks for your feedback on our onboarding process. It's something we are trying to make as automated and intuitive as possible. It's improved but we have a ways to go.
