      Pros

      WWT is a place where employees are challenged to be the best they can be, there are genuine opportunities to influence the companies direction and growth. The companies owners are actively involved in the day to day running of the business and have a track record on investing in their people, innovation and facilities that are simply world class. Each WWT colleague is wired towards achieving our company mission of being a profitable, growth company that is a great place to work. I personally think that our global growth trajectory is market validation that WWT are foundational doing the right things to deliver the best customer experience - our company culture underpins this.

      Cons

      As with every significant growth company there are naturally growing pains. 50% of the company have been here for less than 5 years, successful employees are the ones who thrive in this type of culture, who have a can do attitude and the discipline to reach out for help and lean on their colleagues who have longer tenures at WWT.

      Pros

      Great focus on work/life balance. Incredible benefits- the co-pays haven't increased in nearly 2 decades- how many other companies can say that? A fun, innovative atmosphere focused on making the company a great place to work, and a place where everyone has a voice. My favorite thing is how people are genuinely excited for you when you do well and there is a huge focus on helping you to grow both personally and professionally. This is my favorite company i've ever worked for and i don't plan on going anywhere.

      Pros

      Benefits are great and compensation is fair. It's nice to see members of the executive team invested in all levels of the company. I appreciate the commitment and makes me feel like I'm working for a very stable company.

      Cons

      Some of the internal tools/software is outdated and I'd expect a technology company to have cutting edge resources.
